Birth of a Princess at the Royal palace Rabat, Feb. 28 - The Royal palace announced, here Wednesday evening, the birth of a Princess, second child of King Mohammed VI of Morocco.     A communiqué of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery announced that Princess Lalla Salma, spouse of King Mohammed VI gave birth to the princess at 20.00 GMT.
